What we collect

When you contact us - by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form on this website - we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and the course you are interested in.

This website does not require you to create an account. When lead collection is configured, pressing an enquiry button records the details you entered in the academy's Google Sheet and then opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message. If lead collection is not configured, the form continues through WhatsApp only.

How we use your information

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, provide counselling, process admissions and share information about courses you asked about.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

This website embeds a map from OpenStreetMap and links to WhatsApp for messaging. Those services have their own privacy policies that apply when you use them.

Data retention & your rights

We keep enquiry and admission records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
